Steve and his team did a great job cleaning my 3b/2b apartment, taking extra care to get all the dog hair! Will definitely use in the future.

3.5 stars. Arrived at 10:20 and left at 12:40. Charged me for 3 hours. I would have been okay with them rounding up if they hadn’t missed some obvious spots that they easily could have gotten to in well under the 30 mins they rounded up. Overall most of the place looked great and I would use them again, but recommend doing a walkthrough with them before calling the job wrapped. Everyone was very pleasant to work with.

The communication was on par. Stacy was prompt to return my calls and helped me get everything I needed in order and quickly scheduled the appointment. Her employee Alex was fantastic and communicated just as well. Very friendly and didn’t make it awkward like some can. I was very comfortable and happy with her and she did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Kimberley especially did an amazing job — she was detail-oriented, efficient, and very kind throughout the visit. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. We have only completed one cleaning with eMaids so far, but after just the first cleaning they have become our go to cleaning service in the city. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism and communications with us throughout the process. More importantly, Mirla did a phenomenal job cleaning our place - everything was spotless and she was able to get to all the tricky parts that really make the place sparkle. I strongly recommend eMaids and ask for Mirla - she is the best!!
