It’s not necessary, but you may be at home if you like. Otherwise, you have to leave the keys or code so we can enter your house.
We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner(s) and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is unavailable, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential cleaners undergo extensive eMaids Training Academy to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.

Most of our employees are English speaking and you are always welcome to request it.
Yes, we are bonded and insured. An accident or injury during the house cleaning time is covered and does not involve your insurance in any way.
We assigned an account manager to every client so that we can assure you proper follow-up and supervision of your home’s work plan.
Generally, we send only one cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could send more cleaners if needed.
Yes, we have weekly, bi-weekly packages, or you can customize the different dates of your cleaning service in our online booking system.
We love pets! We know that pets are also part of the family, and we make sure they will be treated right. In fact, we use select products that are safe for pets to be around, and we know all the tricks to get pet hair out of your nooks and crannies.
Absolutely. We assigned an account manager to every client to make sure a proper follow-up of your case is made. Our maids are well-trained and experienced and have direct communication with you and the manager. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service, we assure you we make things right in the less time possible.
