Nora was incredibly accommodating in finding a convenient time for my cleaning appointment and provided a transparent breakdown of the pricing, at $249 For my 2000 Sq Ft Apartment which I found to be very reasonable given the level of service provided.

When Sarah and Carmen arrived at my home, they wasted no time getting to work. Their attention to detail was truly impressive as they meticulously cleaned every corner of my space. From dusting to vacuuming and everything in between, they left no surface untouched.

Yesterday Lenore came and cleaned my home, I have to say, she did an over the top fantastic job.. she is thorough, efficient and very pleasant. My home looks and smells fabulous! These people were amazing! We had a party last night for Halloween that got a little too crazy and left our house a mess. We called them the next morning and they were able to squeeze us in. All we wanted was for them mop the floors and clean up the little mess my drunk friend had made the night before  XD but omg they went above and beyond!!! The house looked absolutely AMAZING!!! Would definitely have them over again - they were polite, efficient, and detailed in their work. Cost was about 175 for cleaning our sizeable lower floor (kitchen, dining, and living room) which I thought was expensive when they quoted me but now that I've seen what they can do is completely worth the price. I was very pleased with Emaids’s deep cleaning service. They were very accommodating with our tight schedule in getting our condo ready for sale. When a refrigerator valve broke they were quick to turn off the main water and immediately contacted me. The area was dried, a plumber replaced the valve and the cleaning crew returned the next working day to finish the deep cleaning. The frig, stove and DW looked brand new. All the kitchen cabinet drawers also looked like they were never used!
I would definitely use their service again.

For such a short notice and an extremely disorganized home they did a great job. I had to hire a cleaning service because I destroyed my apartment to put things into bins for storage. There were also too many furniture deliveries coming in at once so everything just got so far behind. You couldn’t even see the floor in my bedroom because of all of the things I couldn’t put back in place. There were 3 cleaners that showed up on time and actually cleaned my apartment. I wasn’t expecting too much but when I got back home I was relieved to see my apartment literally sparkling. They also had once of the best price quotes in the city. I’m so happy they actually stuck to their word and did their job professionally. The management seems to hold their cleaners to a high standard and wants to make sure their clients are happy with their work. If I need some maintenance cleaning I will not hesitate to call eMaids again. Thank you.
