Our apartment had to undergo reconstruction after a neighbor's water heater broke and flooded us. Before we moved back in, we needed a thorough cleaning of our home to remove dust left over from replacing and sanding sheetrock, plus sanding the wooden floors. That's a lot of dust!
The eMaids team of Nicole, Destiny and Diana did a spectacular job of getting everything clean, dust-free and ready for us to move back in. My wife suffers from asthma, and it was essential that we get the place spotless to reduce any respiratory issues.
Thank you eMaids for a terrific job!

Lisa did a great job on our oven. Our bathrooms were cleaned well. The other maid did a good job but spent too much time on the upstairs and had to rush the first floor. I am sure next time will be better.

I Had a Great experience with eMaids ! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was Unsurpassed ,they were able to schedule a cleaning same day that worked perfectly for me. When the cleaning technician (I think Rossana is her name ) arrived, the professionalism was immediately evident, and I felt confident in their abilities.
The level of detail and precision they put into their cleaning is unparalleled. They didn't just clean; they transformed my space. Every room, every surface, and even those hard-to-reach spots were thoroughly cleaned and organized. Their attention to detail was remarkable.

What's even more impressive is that their pricing is reasonable, for the exceptional service they offer. I'm very satisfied with the results, and my home has never looked better. I look forward to their visits every 2 weeks!!!

We live in Florence. This company is very responsive, they have a large service area, and are much easier to contact than other cleaning companies. Very easy to get ahold of for scheduling and rescheduling. Prices are competitive. The cleaner who has helped us is quick and efficient, and respectful of all our property. They ask for and are open to feedback. Very pleased with their work.

Excellent start, certified/qualified & efficient staff the key. Only a matter of experience using our requested vacuums on dense rug. We now intend on hiring eMaids long term.

Further, Nicole is absolutely outstanding in scheduling, pricing, & general management!
We are so pleased we’ll not only recommend as Board influencers in two communities, but ask a quote for a second property.

Very happy with the service, Leslie has been great. I've had recurring appointments with Leslie and she has been careful, thorough and efficient, my apartment looks amazing! She communicates clearly about what she's doing and if there are areas we would like to focus on, and she has been very nice and polite, which I appreciate. Also happy with eMaid customer service and support when you call them or text. It was easy to set up the appointments, I definitely recommend this business!
