Hope, Hollie & their crew are excellent! The company is extremely well run. They are always eager to work around their clients' schedules. They are communicative and professional. I am a Realtor and they are my go-to cleaning company when preparing homes for sale. I have worked with them many times and have always been totally thrilled with their work!

I hired them to do a move out clean and not only were they available for the time I needed on New Years Eve, they did an amazing job. The place looked better than when I’d moved in. Highly recommend.

I’m giving this company 5 stars because their customer service is superb. However, it’s important to ensure that the cleaning staff sent to your home are at least bilingual, unless you are a Spanish speaker, as communicating with them can be challenging. But overall she did the job well done.

I recently hired Emaids for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. On the day of the service, the team arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle the job. They were professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work.

My husband John booked cleaning for our bathroom and they were so professional, on time and I was able to get appointment for day that I was available and young lady arrived at time agreed upon and communication was clear from day booked to confirming on website to getting by texts day of service to notify us of ETA, so efficient. The bathroom was clean and smelled great, and i felt relieved I saved so much time and paid discounted rate they offered. I would definitely use thier services again!

Upon looking online for a home sanitation service, we found Emaids. So glad we did. They were fast and responsive and were able to fit us in on the same day. Makella and Jessica were efficient and thorough. They walked us through what they did and went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Jason was great and assisted us with any questions and made sure we were satisfied. We definitely will recommend them and will use them for any future home cleaning/sanitation needs.
