It’s not necessary, but you may be at home if you like. Otherwise, you have to leave the keys or code so we can enter your house.

Can I get the same maid every time I book a cleaning service? Expand

We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner(s) and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is unavailable, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential cleaners undergo extensive eMaids Training Academy to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.

Are maids background checked? Expand

Absolutely. All of our maids pass a strict selection process to be part of eMaids, and we background and reference checked everyone.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? Expand

We bring supplies and equipment needed to do a great job in your home

Do our maids speak English? Expand

Most of our employees are English speaking and you are always welcome to request it.

Are our maids insured? Expand

Yes, we are bonded and insured. An accident or injury during the house cleaning time is covered and does not involve your insurance in any way.

Is the work supervised? Expand

We assigned an account manager to every client so that we can assure you proper follow-up and supervision of your home’s work plan.

How many people will clean my home? Expand

Generally, we send only one cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could send more cleaners if needed.

Do I get a better price for frequent cleanings? Expand

Yes, we have weekly, bi-weekly packages, or you can customize the different dates of your cleaning service in our online booking system.

How will my pets be handled? Expand

We love pets! We know that pets are also part of the family, and we make sure they will be treated right. In fact, we use select products that are safe for pets to be around, and we know all the tricks to get pet hair out of your nooks and crannies.

Do you guarantee your work? Expand

Absolutely. We assigned an account manager to every client to make sure a proper follow-up of your case is made. Our maids are well-trained and experienced and have direct communication with you and the manager. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service, we assure you we make things right in the less time possible.
