I was very satisfied with E-maids service. The procedures were explicitly explained as to how the cleaning job would be done. Fees were discussed and were clear. The ladies did an excellent cleaning of my apartment. Deborah was available if needed throughout this process. I recommend their services.

The ladies of E- Maids are excellent. They come on time. They are efficient and helpful.
My kitchen, bathroom and wood floors look great after E-maids visits. The company’s owner. Mrs. Mulling is accommodating and professional. To do business with her is a pleasure.

What a great experience. Was kind of in a crunch and needed service really fast for a client. Kirby and the team responded quick and got the appointment schedules fast and the team came and did an amazing job. So pleased and will use their services again. Thank you eMaids of San Diego!

Although eMaids did not stay for the entire three hours I paid for, they did a phenomenal job and the apartment was so clean. Perhaps they felt like there was nothing left to clean. They got stains out of the tub and stove that I’d scrubbed and scrubbed and never been able to polish out. So I’d definitely recommend them and will likely use them again. Next time I’d prefer if they didn’t need the full time if they’d reimburse me for part of what I paid for and next time I’ll make sure I’m present for the whole cleaning. It’s especially annoying because I had to bargain with the person on the phone who took my reservation and tried to upsell me because I knew my space was small enough that they wouldn’t need as much time as they were quoting me. That is my only complaint. But they are certainly qualified and do a good job.

Great service and my apartment is spotless. I had an issue with the first eMaid I had scheduled leaving trash and not finishing the job but after a brief conversation with Wendy, I had a FREE follow up appointment to alleviate the issue. The follow up appointment was the best part and they went above and beyond to provide you with a clean home.

Didn't know a thing about them when we had them in our office to clean all our cubicle panels. They were on time, the crew lead was professional, and they did an excellent job.

A few weeks later, we had them back in to clean the lobby throughout the building Again, they were on time, the same lead was just as dedicated to doing a great job, and they made the logistics so easy.

So yesterday, I hired them to do a one time deep clean of my own home. They missed absolutely nothing - fans, baseboards, picture frames, not a speck of dust or dog hair to be found. Different crew but just as efficient and professional.

Costs for all three services were reasonable, and booking/paying processes were smooth. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to in this case because they’ve been so great. Deborah is awesome to work with—whenever I need to schedule something or have a question, she gets back to me quickly, which I really appreciate. Auri and Daly have both cleaned my apartment, and they’re both fantastic. They always do a thorough job and really go the extra mile. I’m always impressed. I highly recommend!

Great service and work!!! She spent 3-hours cleaning my 650sqft apartment while I opted to fold laundry. It’s been 1.5 weeks and my appliances are still not streaky, my stove is spotless, and she even got into the tile grout of my shower. She brought her own equipment and was completely pleasant. It was absolutely worth it and I will indulge again in a few months!

Wow! Angie and Jackie just left our home and we couldn't be happier! Two very nice, punctual and hard working ladies who took the time to ask questions. Very professional, friendly, and an excellent job cleaning our house. I look forward to having them back soon.

I am amending my review, as they have now cleaned my house several times. If there were six stars I would give them a six. They are very affordable, flexible, and thorough and Lisa has done an excellent job cleaning our house. Hope promptly answered all of our questions and set a plan that worked great for us!

I had a great experience with this maid service. This was mostly due to the exceptional service Nyomie provided. She was focused, extremely hard-working, punctual and professional. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly and left in much better condition than it originally was, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and she's a pleasure to have in the home. I definitely recommend her services and will book again.

I had a great experience with eMaids of Jersey City & Hoboken! They came on time, brought all the equipment and did a fabulous job - I think the only time my place was cleaner was when I moved in. They left my place completely spotless, it was amazing. I have lots of tchotchkes all over the place, and they dusted everywhere and everything was back in its place afterwards. They also found a bunch of dog toys under furniture and made sure to hand me one that had come in contact with a cleaning product! I would highly recommend them!

I’ve been working with emaids for about a year and have had an overall great experience.
The administrative team is very responsive and takes accountability for when the cleaners missed certain things and will discount cleanings when that occurs. They’re easy to work with, such as with rescheduling cleanings. It’s also easy to communicate with them via text.
There’s a large group of cleaners who work at emaids, so you don’t always get the same folks coming to clean, but there are some great folks here, such as Destiney and Amanda, who are very thorough and efficient in their work.
Overall, great service! Will continue to use this team for my apartment cleanings.

We have only completed one cleaning with eMaids so far, but after just the first cleaning they have become our go to cleaning service in the city. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism and communications with us throughout the process. More importantly, Mirla did a phenomenal job cleaning our place - everything was spotless and she was able to get to all the tricky parts that really make the place sparkle. I strongly recommend eMaids and ask for Mirla - she is the best!!

Ordered a deep clean.....cleaner arrived on time and after listening to the few instructions I had, got to work immediately. He was courteous, professional and worked with no time wasted. When finished, I was amazed at the job he had done --- ALONE. I will definitely use again.

Jacqueline did a terrific job cleaning our home. This was the first time I have used emaids, and I was very pleased with how easy it was to book service. Our cleaner was on time, did a thorough job, and the service was very reasonably priced. We have arranged for Jackie to come to do a monthly cleaning for us moving forward.

eMaids was professional and on-time with their service. My apartment was spotless afterwards and the areas I directed for extra attention got it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a standard clean!

OUTSTANDING cleaning service!!! I Own a 1 bedroom 1 Bath apartment on 2nd ave in the East side of Manhattan that needs some upkeep ,Spoke to the office to get my cleaning setup they where so helpful ,and economically priced ,They recommended 1 Cleaner for 4 hours ,Amy the maid was so great with communication and she was very pleasant and helpful. ,She was extremely thorough and the place was in a incredible shape when she left ,Specifically my bathroom , could not be happier with the cleaning done ! Setting up weekly service with them .I already have told multiple friends about my experience! A++
